All events organised by the PWCAA or a PWCAA chapter are insured by the AMA, which means we must comply with the guidelines, best practice and operational standards as set by it.

All AMA sanctioned events are required to comply with the General Events Guideline and is the basis for which all PWCAA events operate. 

Under the AMA guidelines, the main activities of the PWCAA or a PWCAA chapter are identified as 'social gatherings' and 'pleasure rides'. 

All PWCAA social gatherings are to be governed by the Social Event Guidelines and are to be managed by an Official called the Event Organiser.

All PWCAA pleasure rides are to be governed by the Non Circuit Guidelines and are to be supervised by an Official called the Event Leader. 

All events organised by the association or a club chapter are insured by the AMA, which means we must comply with the codes of practice and operational standards as set by it.

All AMA sanctioned events are required to comply with the General Events Code and is the basis for which all our events operate. 

Under the AMA events code, the main activities of the association or a club chapter are identified as social gatherings, non competitive and competitive events. 

All social events are to be governed by the Social Events Code and are to be managed by an Official called the Event Organiser.

All non competitive events are to be governed by the Circuit Events Code and are to be supervised by an Official called the Event Supervisor. 

All competitive events are to be governed by the Competition Events Code, the relevant discipline regulations and are to be supervised by an Official called the Event Referee.
